Born in Ankara. Graduated from Ankara Atatürk Anadolu High School in 1997.

Completed medical education. During training, developed an interest in hand surgery and completed a Plastic Surgery placement with Dr. Eti Gürsel at Detroit Medical Center, USA.

Completed residency at Istanbul Okmeydanı Training and Research Hospital. Pursued shoulder and upper extremity surgery, working with Dr. Jon JP Warner at Harvard Shoulder Service, Boston.

Supported by the Swiss-based AO Trauma Foundation fellowship, worked with Prof. Chris Moran and Dr. Daren Forward at Nottingham University Queen's Medical Centre on complex knee ligament and pelvic injuries.

Worked as Assistant Professor at Selçuk University Faculty of Medicine, performing over 1,000 operations in shoulder, elbow and hand surgery. In 2015–2016, took on the role of Head of Hand Surgery Division and was awarded Associate Professorship.

Successfully passed the Turkish Orthopaedics and Traumatology Board Examination and qualified for the TOTEK Certificate.

Participated in numerous complex hand surgery operations alongside Prof. Dr. Levent Yalçın at Istanbul Bilim University Şişli Florence Nightingale Hospital Hand Surgery Division.

Supported by the EFORT fellowship, served as a visiting surgeon in London, Nottingham and Edinburgh.

Advanced expertise in hand surgery and microsurgery with EWAS President Dr. Tommy Lindau at Pulvertaft Hand Centre, UK. Received the "Best Scientific Presentation" award at the 8th Shoulder and Elbow Surgery Congress in Turkey.

Continues work at Istanbul Kadıköy Florence Nightingale Hospital, focusing primarily on Shoulder–Elbow–Hand Surgery and sports injuries. Also serves on the Liver Transplant Team at Şişli Florence Nightingale Hospital, continuing microsurgical practice.

Won the triennial South America fellowship awarded by ESSKA to just 3 surgeons, working as an invited surgeon at centres in Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Bolivia and Chile.

Following national and international academic contributions in his specialty, was awarded the title of Professor.
